A team does not have to be a member team of NAYS to enter any of our youth basketball tournaments.  All a team must do is fill out a roster form and send it in with the proper entry fee amount. 

SPRING TOURNAMENT PACKAGES:

For those teams who would like to participate in 3 or more spring tournaments, for 2008, we are offering a special package deal. If you sign up for three NAYS spring events at full price, you can participate in our May 23-25 spring tournament in Hoffman Estates, Illinois or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for FREE!! Since we know that these tournaments will fill and fill early with those wanting to take advantage of this offer, we STRONGLY URGE YOU to do the following:

1. Choose your 3 (or more) spring events, and send the total amount due for these 3 events, along with 3 separate roster forms at the same time. People registering for tournaments individually can accumulate 3 events and still get a free tournament, but may not get their choice of events or have space available when the events fill.

2. Early sign-ups will be given priority on their choice of the free tournament site. Enclose a fourth roster form stating which of the free events you would like to attend when you send your advance payment for the first three. When one fills, you will have the option to go to the other event.

3. As this is first-come, first served, when the two free events fill, we will be unable to take any additional free teams, so REGISTER EARLY! Note that there are no refunds on your first three events if you register and we are unable to accomodate you with a free event once they are full. 4. This offer is open to individual teams as well as club teams. However, the same team must attend all 3 tournaments, plus the free event. Sending three different teams to one event WILL NOT qualify you for the free tournament, nor will other combinations. Same team only!

SUMMER TOURNAMENT PACKAGES:

For those teams who would like to participate in a more than one summer tournament, you can sign up for them as a package and receive a discount. These discounts only apply towards teams participating in one or more summer regional events AND the national tournament. (these are the tournaments which take place in June and July). We have listed five different options from which you may chose and the savings in each option. We hope that this makes your experience with NAYS more cost efficient than other tournament programs.

The regular cost for a regional tournament (5 game minimum) is $250 and for the national tournament (9 game minimum) is $600.

OPTION 1:
     One regional and the National=$750 
     A SAVINGS OF $100!!

OPTION 2:
     Two regionals and the National=$950
     A SAVINGS OF $150!!

OPTION 3:
     Three regionals and the National=$1,150
     A SAVINGS OF $200!!

OPTION 4:
     Four regionals and the National=$1,350  
     A SAVINGS OF $250!!
     (this is our best value....you get one summer regional event for free!)

OPTION 5:
     Five regionals and the National=$1,550
     A SAVINGS OF $300!!

An additional benefit to signing up for a package of tournaments is that you are guaranteed entry into the tournaments that you choose before they are opened up to others on an at-large basis. Please view our summer tournament page to see the closest tournaments near you.
