A team does not have to be a member of NAYS to enter any of our youth basketball tournaments. All a team must do is fill out an entry form and send it in with the proper entry fee amount, or simply register online by clicking the online registration tab at the top of the page.
SPRING TOURNAMENT PACKAGES:
1. Any individual team, club, school or group that wishes to enter more than one spring tournament in West Virginia, Illinois or Wisconsin is eligible for a package discount on those events. Discounts are listed on the NAYS spring tournament flyer, or can be determined by contacting the NAYS National Office at 866-352-5915. All spring tournament package entries must be paid for at once to receive the discount package. There is no "pay as you go" option, as all tournament costs for each individual event (which are all run by independent operators) must be accounted for the week that the event occurs.
WISCONSIN SPRING DISCOUNTS:
1 team/tournament=$200 & up per team depending on type of venue
3 or more teams/tournaments=$185 & up team/per tournament depending on type of venue
ILLINOIS TOURNAMENT DISCOUNTS FOR ALL EVENTS MARCH THROUGH JULY (not including nationals):
1 team/tournament=$210.00 & up per team depending on type of venue
2-3 teams/tournaments=$200.00 & up per team/per tournament depending on type of venue
4 or more teams/tournaments=$170.00 & up per team/per tournament depending on type of venue
WISCONSIN SUMMER REGIONAL TOURNAMENT PACKAGES:
1. Any individual team, club, school or group that wishes to enter more than one summer regional tournament in Wisconsin is eligible for a package discount on those events. Discounts are listed on the NAYS summer regional tournament flyer, or can be determined by contacting the NAYS national office at 866-352-5915. All summer regional package entries must be paid for at once to receive the discount package. There is no "pay as you go" option, as all tournament costs for each individual event (which are all run by independent operators) must be accounted for the week that the event occurs.
WISCONSIN SUMMER DISCOUNTS:
1 team/tournament=$310.00 & up per team depending on type of venue
2-3 teams/tournaments=$290-300.00 & up per team/per tournament depending on type of venue
4 or more teams/tournaments=$270.00 & up per team/per tournament depending on type of venue
NATIONAL TOURNAMENT PACKAGE DISCOUNTS:
1. For teams that participated in NAYS spring or summer regional tournaments:
Subtract $25 from the national tournament entry fee of $525 for each spring or summer NAYS tournament entered by your team.
EXAMPLE: Your team went to two spring tournaments and two summer regional tournaments:
$525 National Tournament fee, and subtract $25 x 4 ($100)
But if you participate in 8 spring or summer NAYS events, you automatically get 1 free NAYS National Tournament entry. This can be a combination of 8 entries as well...
EXAMPLE: You have 4 teams in your organization. Each team plays in 2 tournaments totaling 8 entries. This would mean you can bring one team to Nationals for free.
You must declare that you plan to attend Nationals ahead of time and are planning to register for 8 events. To get the free entry, you must pay full price for and play in the 8 tournaments. If an event is cancelled, it will not count toward Nationals. Also, half price/free offers won't count either.
2. For teams/groups/clubs/schools that wish to participate in the NAYS National Tournament only:
1 team=$525.00
2-3 teams=$475.00
4 or more teams=$425.00

HOW TO SELECT A PACKAGE OF TOURNAMENTS:
Please download an entry form and fill one out completely for each tournament you wish to enter. The fee must all be paid in full when sending in your rosters to receive the discounts. After you have filled these out, send them in to NAYS with the entry fee (we accept checks, money orders, and certified checks before the entry deadline. You can also pay by credit card online) to guarantee your spots in each event.
