A team does not have to be a member of NAYS to enter any of our youth basketball tournaments. All a team must do is fill out an entry form and send it in with the proper entry fee amount.
SPRING TOURNAMENT PACKAGES:
For those teams who would like to participate in 3 or more spring tournaments, for 2013, we are offering a special package deal. If you sign up for three NAYS spring events at full price, you can participate in our May 17-19 spring tournament in Park Ridge, Illinois or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for FREE!! Since we know that these tournaments will fill early with those wanting to take advantage of this offer, we STRONGLY URGE YOU to do the following:
1. Choose your 3 (or more) spring events, and send the total amount due for these events (one check or money order is fine) along with separate roster forms for each event. Send these together in one envelope at the same time. People registering for tournaments individually can accumulate 3 events and still get a free tournament, but may not get their choice of events or have space available when the events fill.
2. Early sign-ups will be given priority on their choice of the free tournament site. Enclose an addtional entry form stating which of the free events you would like to attend when you send your advance payment and entry forms for the first three. When one fills, you will have the option to go to the other event.
3. As this is first-come, first served, when the two free events fill, we will be unable to take any additional free teams, so REGISTER EARLY! Note that there are no refunds on your first three events if you register and we are unable to accomodate you with a free event once they are full. 4. This offer is open to individual teams as well as club teams. However, the same team must attend all 3 tournaments, plus the free event. Sending three different teams to one event WILL NOT qualify you for the free tournament, nor will other combinations. Same team only!
SUMMER TOURNAMENT PACKAGES:
For those teams who would like to participate in one or more summer regional tournaments, plus an NAYS national tournament, you can sign up for them as a package and receive a discount. These are the tournaments which take place in June and July. We have listed five different options from which you may chose and the savings in each option. We hope that this makes your experience with NAYS more cost efficient than other tournament programs.
The regular cost for a regional tournament (5 game minimum) is $250-$260 and for the national tournament (9 game minimum) is $600.

NEW "PAY AS YOU GO" OPTIONS
NAYS realizes that in today's ecomony, sometimes teams or groups can not pay for tournament packages up front all at once in attempts to get the package discount. To help our loyal clientele, we are introducing the following packages so you may "pay as you go" and still get the discounts for summer events.
OPTION 1:
Pay for one regional (at regular price) and your national fee is $500, due by July 1.
OPTION 2:
Pay for two regionals (at regular price) and your national fee is $450, due by July 1.
OPTION 3:
Pay for three regionals (at regular price) and your national fee is $400, due by July 1.
NATIONAL TOURNAMENT ONLY DISCOUNTS
There are our discount packages for those wishing to attend the national tournament only. Many people bring multiple teams to this event, and again, we wish to reward our loyal customers:
Bring 2-3 teams to the national tournament, and your cost is $550 per team
Bring 4-5 or more teams to the national tournament, and your cost is $500 per team
Bring 6 or more teams to the national tournament, please call for pricing!
An additional benefit to signing up for a package of tournaments is that you are guaranteed entry into the tournaments that you choose before they are opened up to others on an at-large basis. Please view our summer tournament page to see the closest tournaments near you.
To select a package of summer tournaments please download an entry form and fill one out completely for each tournament you wish to enter. The fee must all be paid in full when sending in your rosters to receive the discounts, unless selecting the pay as you go option, in which case all fees must be submitted prior to the entry deadlines for each event. After you have filled these out, send them in to NAYS with the entry fee to guarantee your spots in each event.
